Courtney Love sued for Tweeting

Courtney Love has become the first celebrity sued for tweeting. How could anyone, even Ms. Love, be that libelous in a micro-blog? The article on the ABC website says that the claim against her is for defamation, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress for “an extensive rant” on Twitter. The article even points out the obvious that, “It is hard to be extensive when one is limited to just 140 characters.”
